When deciding what to plant many things must be considered profitability may be one consideration.

Top fruit apples, cataloupes (muskmelons), peaches and strawberries can be grown in New Jersey and are on the list of profitable items As an aside: Apples and Strawberries are fun to pick and could bring people to our garden as a family outing.
Top vegtebles include: Tomatoes, lettuce (many varieties), cabbage, carrots, potatoes, squash, beans, celery, and broccoli. "
